''Your trading privileges have been permanently suspended for violations of the steam trading policy''

so i got permanently trade banned 5 days ago for no reason, i've never even tried to scam anyone or do something wrong so im really confused :| i tried contacting steam but its been 5 days since i did it and no reply... is there a chance to get unbanned because i seriously havent done anything wrong and steam clearly doesnt care since they are not replying to my tickets lol

Steam takes a long time to reply. Imagine how many tickets they get each day. It'll take a month+

You dont get trade banned for no reason. What trades were you doing?

Accepting items from bots or jackpot sites? Offering trades with no items in return? Middlemen trades? Selling cheap items on the market for a high price in exchange for items in the trade window?

What happened on the 21st June with the - rep scammer comment?

i dont see any -rep scammer comments? and no i've not done any of those for real, except i won in csgojackpot like AGES ago but im not sure if it was on this account and that shouldnt get you banned right? its not against any rules. i just trade alot, i like doing trade profit on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. so i dont see a reason why they would perma trade ban me :| heres a ''proof'' i have not even traded with anyone on the 21st of June http://prntscr.com/7uj3tz but if you could ''help'' me i appreciate it :)

Im sending you the image in a pm as it has the other user's name on it but you can reply to that message here.

You made the comment. We can see all posts made by a user including any deleted posts.

The post was made on your account.

So jackpot sites are a tick. What else. cs go lounge - tick You received items from a bot or outside 3rd party sites.

so you are saying that pro players and csgo tournaments are advertising websites you cant even use? and i already replied in the pms :s

Yes you posted it on someone's profile.
Jackpot sites, bot trading and 3rd party trade sites are unsupported on steam. If you receive stolen items from trade bots or any other unsupported type of trade yes you can be trade banned.

We only support traded items in the steam trade window at the same time.

well i didnt know about that, i just tried to search forums about that and there is not any, so how am i supposed to know that + how could i know that i won stolen items, i didnt even do it someone else did? whats wrong with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? you just talk to people on there and trade if they want to?

Winning items from 3rd party sites is not supported to begin with so you receiving stolen items from an unsupported trade is not the same thing as trading items in the steam trade window with another user at the same time.

so is there a chance of me getting unbanned :/ i didnt know that csgojackpot was ''against'' any steam rules :/ thanks for you help btw

You not knowing wont be a valid reason to be unbanned. Steam support have all the info. If you keep waiting they will confirm the ban for you but they will not release any details.

i still cant see any forums about betting or am i blind? and i know ppl who has gotten unbanned so why would i since i seriously havent done anything ''bad''?
