Steam Games all uninstalled but still exist in control panel
I got on Steam for the first time in two weeks today and found all my games had been uninstalled, I checked my hard drive and it still had the same amount of remaining memory as it did when the games were installed. So I went to my control panel to reinstall steam and saw that my steam games were still on the control panel meaning they are still located somewhere on my PC. If I try to install the games it just goes through the whole install process again and doesn't find the previous installation of the game. Does anyone have a fix for this? I've checked other posts but nothing seems to be working.

Install a game in the same location you installed it previously, after that all the games that are in that location will be installed and you don't need to download them again, this is a small bug that happens sometimes.

Are you sure the files are still on the drive ? Check again, maybe they got deleted or some files are missing.

Maybe the appmanifest -files have reset.

How are they under the SteamApps\ -folder if you open them up with WordPad? Anything next to BytesDownloaded for example?

If there's no appmanifest -files, try to install in the same location and the Steam -client should (theoretically) detect the pre-existing files.
