Moving CS:GO and other games to C: drive

i was wondering if i uninstall CS:GO and install it to my C: drive will i still have my skins and stats ?

Your skins and statistics will not be affected if you uninstall CS:GO as they are saved in the Steam Cloud.

You could also just move your CS:GO installation

You can do this by

1. Exiting the whole Steam -app.
   
2. Then move
   
   1. The game folder:
      

      ...Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

      
      
   2. The appmanifest -file:
      

      ...Steam\SteamApps\appmanifest_730.acf

   
   
3. Move them both from your other drive to C:\ in the corresponding locations.
   
4. Start up Steam again
