Youtube videos quality settings (144p)

Hi,
I uploaded some videos to youtube and added them to Steam but it plays them at 144p per default, while the video is at 720p. If you don't change the quality setting by yourself, videos look awful..

Can I change default quality setting permanently? Thanks

EDIT: If I watch them on Youtube, the quality is ok... hope it's clear now.

I can also add that it didn't happen to me some months ago: it's not the first video I published on Steam via my YouTube account, but this issue started today (for me).
