Scammed

Hello people, I have been scammed this morning on CS:GO. It was one of these condition scams again but not as usual. So I was looking for a Factory New Hyper Beast M4A1-S, and I found a guy who had it. I checked his inventory and he had a factory new one so I made an offer with his FN hyper beast and my items. 5 minuntes later he accepts the offer and I look into my inventory and see a battle scarred M4A1-S | hyper beast... what is this? I double checked if it was FN, did he possibly change the condition with a hack? But anyway I don't care if it was a hack I just want my skins back! I have evidence wich skins I actually put in and stuff! Also I have made a steam support ticket this morning and I have yet not received a refund / answer!!!

Just report him and don't ever make trade offers again.

Support will help you get your items back. Show them the proof of trade, chat logs, and anything else you can get. Report the user and you will be fine.

This is incorrect. Steam do not return and have never returned items that have been scammed.

Well steam is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up then, I lost over 100$ on that I want it back and I will get it back

Reporting is useless when they can make new accounts and add people by just paying or purchasing from steam !
It's mean , Scammers are scamming in different ways and you do nothing !
Sometimes I think steam is an scammer too , cause it's helping them !
Make immortal items not tradable and giftable or make them tradable from the first day ! It's like "OK , Just buy new compendium and pay to steam , then you can scam people and they cant do anything !
I'm going to share it as hard as I can ! Do something ! You are making people regretful of experiencing steam and dota 2 !
