Tritton Universal Kunai HeadSet Not Working
ok so last night i tried my kunais on my ps4 and they didnt work and then i tried to talk to a buddy on steam later and the mic wasnt working i dont really know what to do :cgpout:

Check on windows if they are the the default. Right click the sound icon and recording devices.

ok sorry my last post said they are default not if they are working or not anyways no they are not

Check if on windows they reciebe sound, right click on the mic when you are on recording devices and properties. Check listen device.
If it works then go to steam parameters, check if the device is the mic and check if it works on there too.

nope its not working in the listen to device either i think i might need a new mic :(

Hmmm
Change the mic to another usb, better if its one of the back of the pc.

nope tried it but it still didnt work

That's too bad.. Try it on the ps4 when you can if it doesn't work it maybe dead.
If it still works on ps4 try uninstalling the driver from windows, rebooting and installing it again..

Does it have a button to mute and a volume controller like my resident evil headset??

can you walk me through the process of this i dont really have much experience with that

click on windows start button and on the search box type:

devmgmt.msc

the windows device manager will show when you hit enter.
On sound and video (speaker icon on the list) you will have all the devices, right click on your headset and select uninstall from the list.
