Library Shortcut?

Heyo,
Can anyone tell me if its possible to add an internet shortcut to your steam library as a non-steam game?

I've been playing a hell of a lot of Skyforge which is a non-steam game, but i also talk to a few people on steam regularly. Tabbing out is a pain.

I get all that, I know how to add a game. From what I can see it only lets me add .exe files, is there a way to add an internet shortcut (not a .exe file)?

No.

You can only select .exe -files to be added to Steam's list.
