HELP Steam downloads stop at 99%
I'll get a solid 10 mb/s when downloading games and then the download will stop at 99%. I've tried reinstalling steam, changing my download region, and deleting files in the steam folder that might mess up the download. I don't know what else to do... Please help!

I left a download running for 3 hours and when I came back it was still at 99%

Maybe you dont have no more space or try re-installing game, restarting steam or pc

I have 750 Gb of space and I've tried restarting my pc and steam 20 times.

How about canceling the installation and reinstalling?

Are you offline? Like using steam offline?

Yes but I tried downloading things when I was online and I still had the same issue so that doesn't matter.

Did you update steam today? Try this I found it on a other forum: Go to your steam folder then delete/move tier0_s.dll
