can anyone teach me how to get card?

first time i play dota2 its change my live quickly and then i look for how to get money and get more friends, but i look we can increase our level of steam right? and then i ask my friend, he say you must have any card, but he didn't know the way to have card, so any one know how to get card on dota 2?

At games like Dota (F2P), you get a card at every 10$ spent in game.

Spend 10$ in dota 2 shop. They you will get 1 card :)
You can also sell some ingame items on market and buy them. No other ways.

You need to add money to your steam wallet (I reccomend paysafecard if you don't have credit card or bank account) and just buy any items you want from dota 2 shop.
Although if you just want to increase your steam level it's better idea just to buy those cards on market: http://steamcommunity.com/market/

Yeah, just think at that: would need around 100$ to get the badge, on the Market you are all set with one dollar.
