First of all, accounts don't need to be stored. Besides, there is no such thing as a special offline account.

Any account can be used both offline and online. When using the Steam client, click on ''Steam'' located in the upper left, then select ''Go Offline...'' That account will henceforth be an offline account—you can use it without internet.

I know this. However, my brother and I are going on a trip, and we both want our accounts for offline mode.
I belive you can do that, just make sure you have both logged in recently and under steam->settings that the "dont save account credentials on this computer" is unchecked on both accounts.

And test that both accounts work properly in offline mode before you leave.

2 offline accounts at the same time on the same computer is going to be a problem, I think.

Before you two go on that trip, make sure that all the games that you guys want to play are installed on the computer in question.

If they are installed, they are ''stored''. Then you can definitely play them while offline.

since steam game client is a logon system with offline mode, then there can be more than one account.

i don't know though the implication of multiple accounts on one machine for steam market setting.
are the other accounts barred for 7-15 days from accessing steam market?
