Verification code help?!

I just bought Euro truck simulator 2 and I wanted to play multiplayer, so i went to the website to download it and it said I had to login to steam on the browser so I logged in and it said We see you're logging in to Steam from a new browser or a new computer. Or maybe it's just been a while... so they sent me a verification code and I put it in, but it said it had to be at least 6 characters long. And the verification code that they sent me was 5 characters long. Ive resent the verification code many times but its always 5 characters long!

Do you have any screenshots? Also, Euro Truck Simulator 2 does not have any multiplayer capabilities, so I am not sure what you mean by that.

Either use snipping tool, or press the prtsc button near the delete and home keys on your keyboard.

Where it says "Enter a friendly name here", just name your computer. Ex: "The Cookie Monster's PC". Then, click submit and you're good to go.
