Steam's Output Audio Coming through my speakers for my computer instead of my headset.

As the title suggests I have the problem of my output audio coming out of the speakers of my computer instead of my default device my headset.

Any help?

So right after I post this I figured it out.

Step 1. Go To the steam menu.

Step 2. On the Top Left Click "Steam" > "Settings" > "Voice" > "Change Device"

Step 3. It should show you a screen a white screen.

Step 4. In that screen you want to disable all other devices except the devices you want it to play. (Do this for Recording and Playback)
