Oh so the file name isn't really Trojan.adh.smh then? Norton just think's its named that? And is MSE a aint virus?

It's a GUESS. They are guessing that the file has been altered thats what adh.smh is.
Trojan.ADH.SFC is a detection technology designed to detect entirely new malware threats without traditional signatures. This technology is aimed at detecting malicious software that has been intentionally mutated or morphed by attackers.
Upload the file as i said before and see what lots of checkers say about it.

That's why its better. Confusing non-nerds with false positives is bad.

Never mind then. Maybe report this to the developers of the game, in the games forum on Steam. I'm sure they will try to get this solved for you.
Here is a support article about your issue. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4361-MVDP-3638&l=english

When you go out in cold without a scarf, nothing goes wrong. Until it does. Do you want to wait for problems to happen or do you want to prevent them?

I think you want a firewall

just enable the windows firewall and if you are connected through a router you are pretty secure already.
