cant buy cs:Go on second account and lost my money for nothing.

Hi, I bought CS:GO with my PaySafeCard. But when I purchased the game it still told me "This game belongs to user "tegeefussy". Would you like to request access bla. bla." I bought it on an account called "tegeefussysmurf". And when I check my cart and try to purchase it again it tells me that my payment is pending. It's been like that for a while. Just because I boguht it on a second account shouldn't mean I can't use it. It's pretty ridicolous cause all my friends have done it and they didn't have any problems whatsoever. I also lost my money on the account.

UPDATE: Now the purchase isn't even pending, it's just like I've never even bought this game. WHAT TO DO?! I HATE BEING RIPPED-OFF CAUSE OF BUGS

UPDATE 2: NOW It's pending again. This is bugged as f***. Anyone that can help me? I can't re-purchase the game cause I already lost 1.70 or something after buying the game for no reason. This IS SO F****** annoying!

try closeing steam and reopening to see if that helps

Have you tried to start the game on the account that has the game shared so that the family shared library is currently in use by the original owner?
