Help with IndieGala

Hello, I have just purchased a bundle on indiegala.com and now I wish to redeem my purchases to steam. However I cant seem to find out how to do so. It states every time I enter my profile on IndieGala that I can activate the steam keys by following the given instructions. However none of the buttons they state I should click exist. Am I being really stupid or something? Please Help.

Go to your IndieGala page
Click on the RECENT bundle you purchased (only very recent bundles use this steam feature)

In the upper right you will see "To redeem your games log into STEAM"
Log into Steam
"allow" for the site to submit cd-keys

Go back to your IG page
Clikc on the recent bundle
CLick here to activate on Steam for the game
Click "YES"
Your game is now redeemed to Steam

I purchased monday racing bundle from indiegala website. I purchased them with my credit card and i am not registered in indiegala website.
After the purchase, i did not get any information on the website, only messages saying go to store page and main page and never received my email either.
All the information i gave are correct.
I contacted indieagala of this and they said they never gotten the payment.
In my bank statement it say that the paymen has been made for {LINK REMOVED}
I have been trying to contact steam support for this, but i can't find any help of where to ask this specific question from steam support.

Any help /advice in here?
