HELP AM I BUG OR MY DOTA 2 IS BROKEN
i cant see skills and sometimes i cant see my own attacks while in game can someone help me

Verify the game cache.

  • Open your steam client
  • Navigate to the steam library
  • Right click the game you want to verify the files for and select properties
  • Select the "local files" tab
  • Click verify integrity of game cache
The steam client will then verify the game's cache. What this does is cause any missing files to be downloaded and any corrupted files to be replaced.
