I have tried and tried but i just want to buy a card from my friend so he can buy my other friend a game because we both have $2 and the game cost $3.74

Have your friend list the card for "Buyer pays 2.00"
Then search for the card (specific name) on the market.

Then click on the next pages until you get near the end where the 2 dollar ones are. Buy his.

Steam will collect a 0.25 fee from a 2.00 purchase, so your friend will end up with 3.75 dollars.

1. You may need to wait a few minutes for listing to appear.
2. Market's sorting is not perfect. His item may get listed in 21 cents listing.
