Again go scream at the shop that sold you the key. They're the ones that screwed up.
Since you didnt buy it from Steam, its not Steams problem. Go contact the people you bought it from.
People have 'registered games' from shady cd-key shops all the time. That doesn't make them legit.
Again refer to the store. THEY are the ones that sold you the duplicate key. Not steam.
Someone i know bought a car stero from someone sitting in a pub. The car stereo worked perfectly.... doesn't mean it isn't shady as it goes!
Where does it say "duplicated key"? If you are trying to activate the key again, it won't work because you can only activate it once. If the GAME was removed from your account (not just uninstalled) then there was a problem with the key. It could be that someone else proved ownership of it or that the key was unofficially obtained.
The site OWNERS themselves state: "Unfortunately, we experience a lot of fraud on used codes. If your code is stated as used, we must see proof."
So they KNOW they are selling keys that are based on fraud!!!!!!!
Other reviews: "Pre-ordered Wildstar a day before launch. Received both keys within a few hours. One of the keys were invalid due to "key already in use" that has been reported by others. Still have neither received a new key or reinbursement from oneplay despite talking to their support and supplying them with screenshots as requested. " - "Bought the wildstargame, recived a key in a form of a photo. the quality is so bad that it is impossible to see the letters and numbers even if you zoom in."
You see?
What do YOU mean "you people?"
