suddenly can't download games from my friends (steam family sharing)

hello can somebody help, yesterday i started steam. and my library was changed. there were no more: my games, (random friends name)'s games and so on in the list . the only thing in the list were all the games that i've downloaded (my own, and those from my friends). now i can't download games from my friends that i haven't downloaded. how do i solve this? (sorry for the bad English.

Set the library view from "Installed" to "All games".

Set the library view from "Installed" to "All games".

no, i'm skyping with him and he says he is still sharing it

i can still play his games and those from my other friends, but i can't download new games from them.

i am sharing with a group of friends, and the others still can download the games from everybody. they also have the my games, name of friend's games in there list.

it doesn't help but i think i am onto something because when i try to play a game from one of my friends that isn't online (also not online on skype) this message shows up:This game belongs to steam user: name friend. Would you like to request access to name friend’s games on this device. so i think that that they need to autorize me again.
