no this events cards will expire and can not be crafted after the event.

these events come every year no reason the get caught by surprise.

Anyway it's sad... This is my first sale ever, bought about 20 games and really wanted badge. Actually it's so stupid, I participated in summer sale and can't get badge that beryfies my participations in that event. Maybe if i didnt got 2x the same card i could get all the cards...
