Leveling up my Steam account without the Market.

Is there a way to quickly level up my Steam account without using the Market? Just to level 10. Normally I'd have no issue using the Market, but every time I logged into Steam through Chrome, I'd have to reverify myself. I didn't realize by doing this, it puts a one week ban on buying and selling in the market. I'm stuck waiting until July 21st now. :|
So, can anyone give any advice?

There's the Pillar of Community badge... and that's about it.

If you don't want to spend money on the market you have two chioces:

Spend a lot of time Trading with other players, and craft badges.
Work on your Game Collector badge. More Games you own = More EXP.

Beyond a single badge for every event sale, my EXP comes from my Game Collector badge and some other event badges.

It's not that I don't want to spend money, I am unable to. I'm stuck waiting until late July.
I'll see if I'm able to trade.

You could trade or look for those summer adventure cards.

Trading requires friends on here it seems. Don't really know anyone yet. :( As for the Summer cards, can't do much unless I buy or trade. I do the voting for the community choice games, but I can't recieve any cards from that until level eight. I'm level two.

Don't delete Steam's cookies from chrome. Why don't you use the client? Based on the length of your restriction you likely have other issues maybe here"

no need for friends , you can link trade offers to non friends.

you don't seem to want to do anything for it maybe skip it?
people make millions of trades every day and they are not friends.
they just use the internet.

I used Chrome because I was already on it and wanted to check out the updated sales. I'm running just the client now, though.
