How to pay steam games with paysafecard?

Hello! I'am not new to steam, but i need you're help, because i cannot pay with paysafe card. I saw that a lot of other people buy games with paysafe card, and I just cannot buy it because there is no option to buy it, can somebody please tell me how can I buy games with paysafe card, anyone?

This is the steps i do, but it dosen't show :

Add game to cart : http://prntscr.com/3wbsej .
Click buy for myself.
And then I don't have an option to buy with paysafecard : http://prntscr.com/3wbss8 .

Steam just dosen't show payment option with paysafecard?
Anyone, help?

I advise against using PSC, people report problems every now and then. Use PayPal!

If you don't see an option to use your PSC when you trying to pay the game, try to add those PaySafeCards into your Steam Wallet and then use your Steam Wallet to pay the game.

I tried to do that, but that won't work. There is no option to add money/buy game, with paysafecard, here, I don't know why...

If PaySafe is not an option in your Steam store country, you don't.
