Paysafecard code from Germany

Hello

I have a question related to paysafecard. Buddy of mine, who lives in Germany, wants to buy a game, which is censored. He would buy PSC with money, give me the code, buy him an uncensored/uncut game (since I'm not from Germany) and then would gift him a game.

Question is : is it possible to buy german psc code and then activate it in other country? I know Germany has some restricitons about PSC.

No, isn't possible to activate in other country(I'm speaking about a paysafecard account) but you can use it(the code) to buy the game that you want on steam or add funds without making an account.

Yeah, he doesn't have any PSC account. He would only give me PSC code, I would put the PSC code in my Steam wallet and that would be it, if that is possible of course?

Why not just trade the game for tf2 keys or something here on steam.

It depends where this country is. In greece for example, at this time you can't, but in the most yes it is possible. Try it out and if i doesn't work use a VPN to change your country at germany.
