Unable to use community market
So, I was going to buy some cards so I can make a badge but whenever I try to buy something, it says my account is unable to use the steam store and gives me no further information. I haven't logged on to my account from a different PC, I have cookies enabled on everything I can, I haven't been VAC banned ever and I haven't added funds to my steam wallet since the start of the summer sale and it already went through the process of blocking me from the market to process it or whatever. I don't know what the problem could be. Could it be that my team (Blue Team) is winning for today on the summer adventure? Please help.

From Steam Support:

Types of Restrictions

Newly Authorized Device

If you are on a newly authorized device that has not been Steam Guarded for 7 days you will receive a 7 day restriction from trading and the Community Market. Any other devices that have been authorized for 7 days will be able to trade or use the Community Market.
Actions such as clearing your browser cookies, using a new browser, reinstalling Steam, and reformatting will trigger this cooldown.

Steam Guard Not Enabled

We require Steam Guard to be enabled for 15 days to help protect your items and Steam Wallet funds from being misused by someone who may have illicitly obtained your password. If you have not had Steam Guard enabled for 15 days, you will be unable to trade or use the market. Accounts that currently have Steam Guard disabled will be unable to trade.

Recent Password Reset

If you reset your password, you will be restricted from trading and the Community Market for 5 days. If your account has not had any activity for more than 2 months, these restrictions will apply for 30 days. We do this to help protect users who lose access to their email account. Note that this does not affect password changes, only password resets.

Newly Added Payment Method

Only items and games that are purchased with trusted payment methods can be traded immediately; otherwise there is a 7 day cool down before they can be traded. The Steam Community Market will also be unavailable during the cooldown. Any payment method that has been used on the account more than 7 days ago is considered trusted.

Purchase Limitations

Your account must have a successful purchase older than thirty days, but not older than a year in order to access the Marketplace. The purchase of wallet funds qualifies for this requirement. Retail CD key activations do not satisfy this requirement.

Current Trade or Community Ban

You also may be unable to trade or use the market if your account has been banned from trading by Steam Support. Depending on the severity of the violation, you may receive a temporary or permanent trade ban.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Trading

If a VAC Ban (for any game), cooldown or overwatch ban has been registered on your account, you will no longer have access to the CS:GO store, or be able to make trades for CS:GO items, and you will no longer receive item drops. You will still have access to your items that were acquired before the ban/cooldown.

None of those apply to me. I haven't been banned from anything, I've had steam guard for ages, I use the same payment method to buy games and community items and all that jazz. I have made hundreds of market transactions in the past and this has never happened. But thank you anyway :D:

When was your last purchase?

I bought Skullgirls on June 22. I just got a popup in the market saying I need to verify the credit card I used to add the funds. When I go to verify it, it says it made 2 small authorizations on that payment method or something. Do I put it the two last games I bought?

It says that the block will be removed on June 28 anyway. This time when I added funds to my wallet, I used a card different to the one I normally use. I think that might be the problem.

Welp, I tried to verify the card on steam but the amounts on the authorizations I entered were incorrect all 3 times. I guess I'll just have to wait until June 28. They weren't really specific when asking for the two authorizations and it seems I messed it up. Thank you, guys, anyway. I appreciate it.

Ok, I see what you are talking about now. Since you are using a new payment method I suggest that you wait for a few days
i was wait 30 days, and they told me to wait 30 more days, meaning I had to wait 60 days?
