Can I play Arma 3?.:: Intel i7 4500u/8gb Ram/Geforce GT 740m::.

I'm NEW to Steam, and have bought a few games,
but now I'm looking forward to buying ARMA 3.
Before I do though, I would like to know if I can play it decent enough for enjoyment.

I have an:

Intel i7 4500u 1.8 Turbo Boost 3.0 Ghz
Geforce GT 740m
8 GB Ram
750 GB Hard Drive
Windows 8.1

I find they're more conservative meaning I can easily play some games they say I can't (especially can I run it).
Also ask other owners of the game for a more real world opinion rather than educated guesses.
