vrserver.exe being flagged by antivirus

Today, my antivirus detected the vrserver.exe file Steam\vr\runtime\bin\ as a virus, along with trz61C4.tmp. Is the software actually malicious or is this a false positive from my antivirus?

I'm using Avast 9 with the latest definitions.

Interesting how ATLauncher also started being considered as a virus at the same time this happens. It must be Avast's fault...
Either way, I don't use Virtual Reality in Steam so I'm fine but excluding files from scanning is pretty easy in Avast...
