I can't cancel a buy order on steam market

I'm trying to cancel a buy order of a "Summer Adventure Card 1" and when a click on "Cancel" the web page reloads but nothing happens.

I'm having the exact same issue. I was on http://steamcommunity.com/market/ both in Chrome at one point and the Steam client. When I press the cancel button, the page refreshes and nothing happens. This also seems to be preventing me from buying any "Summer Adventure Card 1" in the marketplace.
