Submit a question button missing!
When I try to contact steam support, it takes me an ask a question screen with a drop down, but no submit button, so I cant get any support for steam!

Can anyone help?

Have you filled in all the fields? There should be a green submit button to the right of the text box. Like here: http://imgur.com/7SoMXVs

Exactly...Ive done it before, but now when I go there...no green submit button!

Yes, exactly...no step two or lower part of the screen for me, no matter what I do with the drop downs...

They might of changed something on their steam interface temporarily to discourage help tickets, Im trying to load my NBA 2k14 on my new computer, and the 2k support is giving me the runaround...so of course when i REALLY need to talk to them, they remove the submit button, and then later say oops! we found the problem...

The thing is, for a split second, the bottom half of the screen flashes, with the submit button and everything, then, mysteriously clears to leave the 2 broken drop downs...
