do offers repeat on steam summer sale?
hi this may seem to be quite a ridiculous question but do the repeat offers?
(and by this i mean if the game was on sale early on summer sale will it appear again towards the end of the sale, and will it have similar discount?)

Sometimes, flash sales might pop up again, or it might be in a vote. Usually the really popular games come back on the last day as like an encore sale. No word if that's the case this year, but it could happen. No worries if you missed that game you've been eyein'

Yes. If all else fails Steam has a Encore Sale on the last day of the sale where the most popular games go on sale again.
