I'm doing fine with my visa card... No verification for card is neccessary.. but I have to wait 30 days to access steam market(Community).. but i can purchase in-game items as soon as I add funds to my wallet.

I've been going to nearby stores like G&G and City Express for a Steam Wallet in Yangon/Myanmar.
But all they have is $50 USD or Singaporean dollars...
This doesn't happen LAST YEAR, but this has been over a HALF A YEAR that they can't let me buy the $5, $10, $15, $20 nor $30, all because they "said" that they've run out.
It's giving me suspicion that Steam is not "giving more" to those nearby convenience stores and I'm tired of it...
