However... you may not be able to run on ultra, but you might be able to. It really depends on just /how many/ 2k texture mods you add in. Base game (unmodded) you should probably be able to run on ultra though, like Ren said.
The 760 out performs the 660M. So that graphics card shouldn't be a bottle neck.
My old Desktop has a 580, which according to GPU boss, the760 would out perform in most categories. On my Desktop the only issue I had was it ran Windows XP and would constantly run out of memory and start showing weird texture bugs. This was solved by me upgrading to Windows 7 and installing 8 GB of Ram (was 4 GB previously). It has a 2.6 GHz dual core processor. It runs all the HD graphics mods I can load (some 40+ mods total)
