Accidently downloaded a few PC games on Mac, never played them, how to transfer if possible?

I had a PC, it crapped itself, so I've had a Mac for awhile, well I gave PC another shot and it worked fine, so I got a few steam games for PC... and then the PC crapped itself again and I went back to Mac. I have a few games that I bought but never played, and I was wondering if I could somehow transfer those games to another account ( if not I'll just wait until I get a new laptop in a few months... years...) I understand if Steam says no, as theres probably something in the terms of service that I didn't read (I didn't read any of it).

TL;DR
Bought PC games on a Mac, never played them, can I transfer them? Not asking for a refund. If Steam can't/says no then I'll get a laptop for gaming later.

You cannot transfer them. The only thing close is family sharing. Have you considered bootcamp or anything?

By "most" you mean few, then yes. Please look at the amount of games for Mac and then look at the amount of games for PC, there are many many more games for PC then Mac
