low spec mmo thats worth..
i have 1.2ghz intel hd toshiba notebook xD

i can run WoW low on 15fps Aion all low on a decent 13-15 fps

any good mmos out there?

Ever Quest? Maple Story, maybe? Depends on what you're into. There isn't much that will run on 1.2 ghz. Mostly older games.

forget it, an iphone 5 (let alone the 5s & 6 later this year) mmo will run better & look better
