Can't download Free-to-Play games!

Hey guys, I'm trying to get Loadout, Hawken and Forge (all F2P) but i can't. When I try to install, I get this -> [http://i.imgur.com/johU6eH.png] (doesn't show the download side, which is odd) and this shows up on download screen -> [http://i.imgur.com/MTKhhg1.png] (Downloaded: 0 bytes / 0bytes). When I try to launch the game i get this -> [http://i.imgur.com/Jq2zgxf.png] (Failed to start game - missing executable). I already restarted both Steam and my system and uninstalled Steam and installed again. I'm running Windows 8.1 here. Thanks to anyone who might try to help me.
