Cant download/install DLC Payday 2

I added my Payday 2 with an cdkey and installed it.
The game works fine.
I can find other players and so on so on.
But when i try to add, buy/download, the DLCs steam say that i have to buy payday2?
I have bought but not on steam. But that havnt been a problem with other games i bought in stores before.
And the reson why i ask help with this here is that i cant submit an ticket to steam... nothing happens when i click the button "Contact Game Support".
Anyone that knows anything about this problem and how to fix it?

Buy the game on Steam.

Requires the base game PAYDAY 2 on Steam in order to play.

right on the store page for DLC.

I bought the game in a Store. and i have done that with nearly all games i have on steam and it works fine on the rest... but why not payday2?

Yea i know how to find the dlcs
And i have the base game...
But i cant install the dlcs becouse steam says that i dont have Payday 2 installed

I bought it on humble bundle to be honest... but thats not the problem... 1 of my friends bought it at the same time as me and he can add the dlcs..

You can't buy Payday 2 on Humble BUndles

The only thing Payday2 on Humble was the E3 masks which arent distributed via cd-keys

Again wehre did you get this payday2

You cant buy it on Humble now...... I bought it there like 2-4 weeks ago...
But thats not the problem.. the problem is that i cant install the dlcs but my friend who bought his game there to, he can install them without any problems...

I don't necessarily see that as a Steam issue, you should stat your inquiry at the source.

Considering it's a Steamworks game that REQUIRES it to be activated on Steam and they have the game on Steam and have played it on Steam and still has it on Steam....

I don't see how Humble Bundle can help them? It has to be a Steam Support issue.

The problem is that i cant contact the SteamSupport. when i click the button on the support page nothing happens:(
