I am having a problem with all steam services.
I am in Guam for vacation... Nothing is working corectly. I tryed to purchese a game and have come up with an unspecifyed error. I made a steam support account the e-mail has not reached me even though i did it several days ago. I was trying to go on the fourms on my internet browser... that did not work and it said that the password or username were wrong even though it was correct. Why am i having so meny problems?

I would not mind it and would wait to get this resolved after vacation, however Thief is 50% off right now and i wont be in the states to resolve the full problem untill July 2nd.

how do i use my steam prepaid giftcard?
try running steam as administrator and checking your firewall. if those two options don't work, try deleting your clientregistry.blob. it also could be that your credit card information may not be correct or it might need to be updated,
The giftcard comes with a code on the recept to redem it.

It is because i am in a area that steem does not reconize as a United States area... yet. Because xbox had the same issues before.

The C.C. info is correct and steem is allowed always on my firewall, i also have tryed admin premissions before... it did not work.

I will go to gamestop and receve a steem prepaid card.

I receved the ammount in steam wallet. However scence steam is confused about guam the currency matchup sign keeps on coming up and effectivly denies my purchase in that way.
This is the message i receve on steam wallet pay:

There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.
