paysafe card error/ infos bout

i got this error to but i already have ticket ... There is some interresting things to know about if you press in the window to enter the code the button ask amount of the paysafe card IT says that the server are down <.< if you went on their paysafe homepage its looks normally. All who loaded up their money can check the amount of the PSC on that side and they say "Global collection BV 10-100 euro/dollar amount tooked " no money or a bit of whole value left -- depends on what you selected to load up the full amount of your PSC or just a part of PSC
i think that the psc server or steam payment server having a problem with the payment of paysafecards. A question do the other people have with other payments Probs too?

If my asked question is NO. then i think its a problem with part of steam servers But i think more then its a problem with the paysafe server

Tried to add 25euro to my steam account, when I was about to finish the transaction it said 'waiting to confirm'. The message lasted for 1 hour and a new message came. Purchase failed.
The money was gone from my Paysafecard and my balance stayed the same at Steam.

Saturday I bought a paysafe card with the ammount of 10€ and I tried to had funds to my steam wallet but when I wrote the PIN the money went to GLOBAL COLLECT BV, now I'm really scared of trying to had more funds because the first time I tried to had funds via paysafe this happened
