Is it possible to "close" a library category on default?

I mean: let's say I have all my library games divided in two categories, A and B.
Every time I open the library, they are on the right side, both expanded, A above and B beyond.
So my question is: is there a way to have one category closed by default instead of going manually up every time and close it via the +/- button?

when you let windows kill the steam process it does not save the last settings properly.
