First of all why would you post your redeemed code in the thread, please removed that. Second, you need to contact Steam Support or where you get the Steam Wallet Card from only they can help you out mate.

Where did you purchase the wallet card? You might want to go back to the seller and tell them that it's already been used.

You might have tried multiple times and activated it on the first time but didn't see it, check your balance.

If your code is already redeemed, first check your balance as you might have accidentally missed it while trying to activate it. If balance is not updated and it still says that it's been redeemed then as I've already mentioned, contact the seller of the card.
