"High Ticket Volume" - For How Many Months Now?

This notice has been on the support page for how long now? Since March if I recall correctly.

Does anyone know exactly how long the "high ticket volume" warning has been on the support page for? Could we possibly have some feedback in regards to what steps (if any) Valve plans to implement to reduce ticket volume?

I feel that Valve should take steps to reduce the workload on their support staff. Simply put, a customer service team that is overworked and undermanned is bad for the platform, bad for the Valve corporation and bad for the users.

Actually, I think it's just fake.

The thing is -- if they had more tickets than they can handle, the backlog would keep increasing. However, it seems to be fairly constant -- when the subject comes up in forums, the answer is always a few days. Given that I've heard THAT a year ago already, it would probably be more like a few weeks by now...

The delay is intentional, to discourage people from even asking. Just like you only get a garbage response when you do; apparently they give you an automated response the first time.

its because those phisiling links, its like a virus that spreads from infected accounts and all the derpish kids click the legit link and get hacked, and then they go cry on steam support
