I can't download/open steamsetup.exe
When I can finally get it to download it's asking me to choose a program to open it with. That doesn't sound right. I'm getting very frustrated. Their fast to take my money, but I can't find anyway to get help on this or cancel my order.

So you are able to download steamsetup.exe but when you try to launch it it asks you what program to do so?

BTW, I don't have any anti virus or malware running and I'm not behind a firewall. I've never had a problem downloading anything until today.

Even if you are you do not automatically launch everything with admin privilidges by default unless you have specified it. Just try right clicking on the exe and select run as administrator.
Have you tried anything else to see if other exe files are affected?

I just tried that and I don't have run as admin as an option.

I even tried these

Yeah. Because it's their fault you messed up something on your PC...

I've tried saving as saved as, but let me try again.

It's not asking me to change the name. I've also tried Steam's site and Download.com. Same result.

When you right click on the link and select save as it should allow you to rename it and select where you want it to be downloaded to.
