Can i trust Steam to keep my Credit Card pin safe?

Hi guys im semi new to Steam and i really want to purchase a game from Steam. i want to buy it but can i put my password in knowing it will be safe?

It is as safe as you are with the internet. If you download malware or keyloggers then potentially all bets are off.

I don't know how your credit card works but mine doesn't require any pin. It also won't save the CVC.

If you want to feel even more safe you can make it so that it won't save the information. But this means you'll have to retype it on the next buy.
