You cannot receive this item. Your inventory may be full.

Is there any way to delete items which can't be sold? I'm just trying to buy a tf2 key but it says that my steam inventory is full. Is there a maximum of steam items you can have?

You can delete TF2 items in your backpack while in the game. Click on an item and at the bottom you can delete it. Or you can just give them to me. ;)

Another option is to buy a backpack expander. Costs 99 cents in the Mann Co. Store. It gives you 100 more slots.

There's a limit that only applies to TF2 items.

It's 50 slots for free players and 300 for premium players. Like Morriseyshair said, you can buy backpack expanders for 100 additional slots a piece, though you can't increase your backpack's size beyond 2000.

You should be able to delete TF2 items from within the game. It's been too long since I've played for me to say with confidence exactly where that delete button would be.
