EVER SINCE THAT ACCIDENT I QUIT BUYING ITEMS ON YOUR STORE. ♥♥♥♥ those people who does this.. they must be PUNISHED or Somethin
I didn't have any CS:GO items of much value, I had one StatTrak weapon that I used frequently. I received a message off some guy asking me if I'd like to trade the StatTrak weapon for a Karambit knife. I knew he wasn't serious, but he posted a link so I 'can see what camo the knife has'. It directed me to a single jpg of a karambit knife. I exited the browser and came back to the chat. I said no thanks and went about my business as I knew something was up. Come back a week later and my entire steam inventory was wiped clean. Traded to a user called CAT which is most likely a 'mule' account for holding stolen items. Steam are yet to comment on the issue.
Still why would you need to check a screenshot of the knife? You can see it in his inventory right? I think you even can preview it in CS:GO if you want.
Red flags, watch out for them.
