COD WAW Coop issue... will not run!
I've tried everything from safe mode to clearing cache, verifying files, running admin... nothing. I end up with a COD Console error "Unhandled exception" See following console info----

From the various errors it certainly seems like the game is having trouble loading certain assets, but you say you verified your files. I would try running a hard drive diagnostic utility like "ScanDisk" to make sure nothing's corrupt/there's nothing mechanically wrong with your hard-drive. Also, this thread really belongs in the "Help/Tips" forum or the Games sub-forum for "World At War".

Not a big deal, I hope you get everything worked out. I have the game on my PS3 and the campaign was pretty varied/fun.
I was hoping to wake up and all would be well.... hahahaha.. That didn't work! Moving on.
