Is there a notification settings when a member joins your group?
Title. Im not familiar with the group stuff and I nvr even noticed this one guy joined till I played against him in CSGO comp.

people can join any group they want as long as its open. The owner does not get notifications when people join. If the group is an "Invite only" community, then a person has to get an invite from someone within the group to be albe to join. :)
