What is qualified as a "purchase"?
I mean, I can't use the market because I've never made a purchase, I guess. And never is (wow) not as long ago as 30 days. lol

Philosophical questions aside, what qualifies as a "purchase"?

1) Does getting a steam key somewhere else count?
2) Does buying wallet money count? (And not using that money, I mean)
3) Or do I have to buy a game, a DLC...?

Thanks

1. by "somewhere else" if you mean OUTSIDE of steam software, then no, it's not counted as a purchase.
2. just buying steam wallet DOES NOT count as a purchase, you need to buy something using that wallet.
3. a game, yes. a DLC, yes.
as long as you buy something that STEAM OFFERS, and by using STEAM WALLET, that is a purchase.

(i know that feel about that 30 freakingly long days bro.)

Wallet funds do count.

Purchase Limitations

Your account must have a successful purchase older than thirty days, but not older than a year in order to access the Marketplace. The purchase of wallet funds qualifies for this requirement. Retail CD key activations do not satisfy this requirement.

oh? my bad then.
by my experience i have purchased a steam wallet by using code/voucher.
the 30 days countdown does not start in my account until i purchased a game.

What is it "Purchased"?
MakoSipper Jun 6, 2014 @ 11:37pm
Can I check this 30 day countdown somewhere?
Plua Jun 6, 2014 @ 11:46pm
when i was waiting for the 30 days,
i usually go to the community market, and try to purchase any random items,
the green box that's saying buy the item is grayed out and when you hover on it you will see the detailed that and even hours of your 30 days deadline.

Read about this requirement again. Notice some pattern? It's all about you buying something FROM STEAM. "Code/voucher", just like keys for games, are NOT bought from Steam.

So it doesn't count if you buy a CD-key for a game and than fill it in in steam it does not count as a "purchase"?

No, you need to purchase something directly from Steam.

The whole point of the market restriction is to make sure you and your payment methods can be trusted. They don't know anything about what you may have bought elsewhere.

Price doesn't matter on whether it counts as a purchase. Full price or 99% off is the same.
