But it looks like you're having issues with the games crashing, in which case you'd want to talk to Activision support linked from the articles before, or here: http://support.activision.com/ Steam Support will send you the secondary installers/FAQ page and tell you to talk to them.
Steam Support provides support for Steam and Valve game related things, whereas for third party games crashing, you'll need to talk to the support department for those games, they'll be able to better assist you with issues you see with their game.
