how to unlink my Paypal from Steam ACC??

i log in to my fri steam ACC and enter my Paypal and pay for him

and after that, we found out that my fri steam account can drain money from my Paypal by dont hav to input any Paypal password .I called that my Paypal are liked to my fri steam accpunt too
that s not serious prob cos this happen with fri but,how to fix that

Great, I was trying to check that too. I am OK with my account linked, but WHY does steam remember my Paypal password? I certainly did not approve of that...
