I don't get why, you basically have only 5 games. Anyways:

1. If you want only free up space on your HDD/SSD - use "delete local content"
2. If you don't like some game from them, delete it and set your Steam "view only installed games"
3. If you totally hate a game from them and want get rid your Steam of that pest, contact Steam support and request a permanent deletion. Remember though that Steam doesn't likes to do this and you need make them 100% clear that you don't want a refund and you know that you cannot access that game after the deletion.
